Noah Cyrus, Miley Cyrus’ younger sister, recently continued her “The Hardest Part” tour in Philadelphia in front of a large crowd. Additionally, Noah displayed the “fit” while her supporters were present for the songs.
The singer posted an eight-part carousel on her official Instagram page to publicly launch the look. While not all of the images show the gorgeous ensemble, the first two do. The floor-length white lace dress has a cut-out on the chest, high leg slits, and ruffle stitch accents.
